great eyes and light - love the head angle and water. Have you considered this as a cropped panoramic shaped photo cut off jsut under the eyes - looks truly effective as they are so sharply focused!

I feel a deja vu upon me, like I've seen her face before. But I haven't, this is the first time I've seen this photo. Weird.
Anyways, I get a vibe that her eyes have a mysterious feel to them. An amazing picture I do say so meself!

I like the expression of the model and the things you did with the color. It looks bleached but you left in enough contrast to see the shadows on the facial features. It adds back a little reality into the dreamy bleaching effect. Very nice! Missed ya! How have you been?

adjusting to life in a foreign country when you don't speak (much of) the language is difficult and lonely! and the corporate job world is not my scene.
but i'm outside my comfort zone, and i'm learning a lot.
especially that i need to put a lot of effort into SELLING my art when i get home... so i can just be an artist.

The expression is hard to read. Not really a smile, not really showing all the sadness I see in the eyes. Or am I imagining it. She looks like she is holding something back..

not a drawing, just my gorgeous sister.
i just got internet this morning... a bit of the familiar in a very alien place.
adjusting to japan was difficult, but it's good for me... working in a corporation is a drag, but it makes me want to make art my living even more... stop spending so much time making it, and start selling so i don't have to have corporate jobs!!! agghhh!!!
such is life.
