My Neighbor Totoro shoes! Shoes were purchased at Zellers for 10$, and colored with Sharpies, Copic markers, Touch markers and white paint pen. Sprayed with 2 different protectors to prevent bleeding and water trauma!Product of a very fun Sunday afternoon with amigos.

I have a question, witch protector did you used? And does they works very well? Because, when I did my first pair of custom shoes, in my artstore they told me that these kind of protector doesn't works well and I should only use textile paint....

The protectors were okay in the sense that they didn't cause the ink to bleed, but I never ever wear them out when it's raining or even remotely damp LOL, I don't think they'd hold up well at all... They're more like trophy shoes, for sunny, dry days
