I can't decide which I like better about this stone: the obvious wood texture on the outside, or the mesmerizing patterns on the inside! It looks like some primordial goo bubbling up. The feel of this one is radically different than the petrified wood I picked up in Arizona.

This looks to be a piece of petrified wood called Tietea Fern. It's probably from Brazil.
