You *have* to credit the stock photo people. If you want resources I suggest going to the stock photo section of devinatart and looking under the men and women section for what you want.
Expect to sift through a lot fo pointless fodder though.

My colouring has been heavily influenced by Ikuko Itoh (Sailor Moon, Maho Tsukai Tai)
Using photo references can also help just try and imagine lines around the shadowed areas so that you can make em solid like in anime illustrations.
