Description
Ysterplaat Airforce Base is about 10km north of Cape Town city centre.
The cloud pattern is what caught my eye- that cloud being forced through the gap behind Devil's Peak speaks of a howling South Easter - a fierce wind that come in from the South Atlantic. Not particularly cold, but it can blow hard for days on end.
