Meet Loose Noose MgGraw! the most rootenest-TOOTENEST sheriff this side o' Brigzbee (made up location). He was once the proudest and most honorable sheriff in the land until he was double crossed and falsely accused for a crime he never committed. Since his innocent soul hung in limbo, it gained enough fury and anguish to bring his spirit back to his body and now he walks among the living as a symbol of undistinguishable justice! around his neck forever is the noose that he was unjustifiably hung with and thus was the reason for his nick name, yadda yadda yadda.

OH! btw... i drew this one AFTER i drew him as a rollerblade wearing graffiti gang member (something out of Jet Set Radio Future) and i figured i'd make an original before i colored the weird futuristic one.
