With our current technology and economy a ship so big like this would be way too expensive to maintain and run. Trying to get it into port would be a huge problem alone. It would only be able to land at specific ports with a dock specially made for it, severely limiting where this ship can actually go and land.
Maybe in the future with the progress of railgun technology we will see huge ships like these get rolled out, but it's still a ways down the road. Currently a ship this size would be impractical. Really only good for political policy and power demonstration.

I have a concept for a ship like that, but it's more like "The two miles mile ship".
It's even full of aircrafts(VOLT's).
But it has a capacity of bewteen 80.000-110.000.
It even have satelite launch capability in open sea(inspired by some palatform which did it).
This ship yours would be its predecesor of but little brother in tems of size XD
That ship can even launch an invasion by itself, but of a small country like Cuba or Serbia.
There's more to that monstruosity, but it's in my head still.

Yeah, it's more intended as a sea-base for assisting in launching large assaults and maintaining control over coastal cities.
