Description
I made this traditional (1:9) scale model horse bridle somewhere in late 2022.
It took time to get it (and a bunch of other tack) photographed, and here I am posting it to dA only now. Not that this exact bridle could be anything special... I simply found an old stash of home-cut leather lace and decided to use it, just to see if I could make it work now when I know more than in 2013 (which is when I started tackmaking). Well, there is a reason to why I do not want to use some of these older materials: they are thick and messy. And then, nowadays I prefer to add split crownpieces to my bridles, so not having that makes the bridle, well, messy to use. So I most likely will not make more yellow bridles unless I find better leather.
The bit may not be a part of the set. I store them mostly separated from the bridles and as you can see from the cheekpieces, the bits can be changed anyway.
