Well, it came out wonderfully. It reminds me of clouds and wind.

And I hope you don't mind me saying - the horse itself kind of reminds me of My Little Ponies... The cute design and floral patterns just make me think of them for some reason.

I don't mind you pointing out resemblance to My Little Ponies. The similitaries weren't intentional but I have nothing against those ponies - in fact I have big collection of them when I was a kid!

The flowers on her makes me think of chinese teapot And it looks like her mane is made of clouds, so well made! I especially like how you made her body structure All chubby with little legs

It is veryvery cute. I love the way you drew the hair especially. Spiffy little spirals and bright colors.

I really enjoyed drawing mane and tail, haven't tried that kind of design before.

Porcelain? Cool! That didn't came into my mind but now I could think about a little porcelain pony sitting on my window seat with colors like this. ^^

Polymer is fun and easy, stone-fired ceramics require access to special equipment but they are awesome, um, and then there's stuff like apoxie sculpt. I don't know what you've tried, that's what I've worked with.

I can't remember names of those masses I have used but I guess there is something wrong in my technique too - can't blaim just material.
