still stuck on the idea of kili and tauriel having two wedding ceremonies, one for each culture. because i headcanon dwarvish weddings to be similar to jewish weddings (bread and salt and gold, chuppahs made of mithril!), i decided to imagine elvish weddings as pagan handfastings. their clothes are simpler than what they wear in erebor since tauriel isn't elvish royalty, and their crowns are made of flowers that all represent eternal/immortal love, devotion, and affection. (i also fixed having accidentally made kili WAY too short in the first one.)
