The nest of a potter wasp (Eumenes). This build these little pot-like nests for their larvae, complete with stored food inside (which are usually caterpillars). It is remarkable how some insects can build something like this, so their offsprings can reach adulthood relatively undisturbed.Hungary, 2024.01.13.
