More like back in traditional time, with my tablet stylus out of commission for now!
(Honestly, I didn't see this "back to the past" theme of the pic until a half hour ago!)But yeah, since I can't draw on my tablet, I thought it'd be fun to revisit my old pens and paper, buy some markers and see if drawing traditionally was like riding a bike! Unfortunately the marker selection was much more limited in the present, so I'm sorry for the limited shades here!
Since seeing a DeLorean for the first time a couple weeks ago, I've wanted to give the old Back to the Future time machine a whirl. So after loading up on Huey Lewis and ZZ Top, I set about trying the flying version of the beloved DMC-12. I had to throw Doc Brown in there because 1. Christopher Lloyd is awesome. 2. Christopher Lloyd is awesome 3. I remember Doc's lines more than Marty's! Here's hoping you like my return to my own artistic past!
Back to the Future, the DeLorean DMC-12 and the characters belong to their respective owners and creators. The artwork belongs to me.

Nice to see your interpretation of Doc and his famous Delorean. When I was in high school, I loved, with my sister, to write fanfiction and draw fan comics about Doc and his adventures. We totally derailed the character and the stories were full of pythonesque, surreal jokes. i've still have those stories and I laugh so hard reading them XD

I admit the tablet was an efficient way for me to draw these past years. It saved me from building up more art clutter as well as used up markers. But it was nice to revisit this method while my digital capabilities were down, thanks for the support Hearse.
