Also, as for the description, rather say what is, then what you dislike. I got no clue what this is. it looks like lightning. Is it?

tis a sky photo that i took on an airplane during some vacation trip thingy...coral photopaint...inverted it...added small sized lightning w/ little child substract and medium to low glow radius...then added frame which is a mix of feather and smoky
