Nerubian Asssassin in Kamen Rider S.I.C shape.the 2 thingy at the back actually is a wing, but since in game the wing is useless so i draw soft soft and represent scarfs.

Actually in The Frozen Throne (which starred Anub'arak as a Crypt Lord, way before he was made the Nerubian Assassin in DotA) the wings are not quite useless. He could summon a horde of cannibal locusts to eat enemies and heal him, and to summon them he would buzz his wings. Couldn't fly, though.

Wows love it! And I like your idea about the wings to be a scarf. It would be cool to see it move when your design is running and moving and fighting. And when the need to fly comes, the cloth soft wings could just become wings stiff again for that original purpose.

Wow, that's pretty alsome transform for Nerub! And from time to time, I do enjoy play Nerubian Assassin, but this one makes me want to play him.
