I prefer YCH auctions (or maybe I shouldn't call it auctions since 95% of my auctions are ab only XD) rather than commissions but if you follow my main rules (only ponies and pony-related species, no r34, no gore, only one pony per image) then why not?
I don't have price list because as I said - I prefer YCH auctions. BUT if you refer to my auctions history you can see that most of them are $10-$20, sometimes more than $20 but no more than $25 - and this is my commission price range ;D
the final price is based on complexity of the character and your wishes like pose, emotion, background (but tbh I draw awful backgrounds so I stay close to transparent/abstract bgs XD) etc
