Warm it up, desaturate, put noise, blur it, ... some kinda things ^^

But I didn't do sh*t mate, it was already an old pic xD

Distort high tones and black tones colors, as if took with a Lomo camera. And lower the contrasts too, put an old paper texture on it and there you go xD nothing really hard to do. You can find plenty of tutorials for these kind of effects I bet!
