To be entirely honest, I wasn't too satisfied with the Gilded Sword rendering I did. It'll likely go in the redo pile at some point.

But... Razor Sword, Gilded Sword... as long as we can both agree that Majora's Mask was an awesome game, that's what matters most.

I agree the Gilded Sword could use some improvements, but I still think your render of it was a nice one. And honestly, the ONLY thing I hated about Majora's Mask was that ugly Mirror Shield. But I still loved the game itself so much. I totally agree with you that it was such an awesome game! I should finish it sometime speaking of which. I never got to finish it since my days playing the Wii. Good thing I got to transfer it to the Wii U also so that I can play it again in the future.

I always thought so. It's definitely a more interesting look/design than the Gilded Sword, but...

Honestly, OoT had it right when it made the "durability" mechanic a one time troll with the Giant's Knife.

i do too. both are a pain to get and the razor sword is on the box art but isnt even a good upgrade if it breaks

botw does this too with the amiibo having gear that actually weak in game

While I was fine with the scale of the dungeons, the fact that they were all one unified tileset really didn't work.

Color swaping or no, the game felt like it suffered from the problem so many "open world" games have, where you've a  mile's worth of content diversity stretched over an area the size of Texas. If any game series has the history and depth to provide classical content enough to make a gameworld as massive as BotW's Hyrule as radically diverse as it's more linear counterparts, well... Zelda is that series.

And, of course, the weapon system. That weapon system basically ruined the game for me. Giving even the damn Master Sword charges? ... Whoever came up with that notion shouldn't be allowed to have ideas anymore.

If only the Weapons worked like the Armor system... Weapons you could get attached to, invested in, and even upgrade! That would have been awesome.

yeah, a bit more like skyward shit sword, god that was awful too but things lasted longer but the best shield was far late in the game and i didn't bother, fuck those bosses

the wind cleaver is the most fragile piece of shit and cant use it right with links wimply strength

i loved some weapons, some above 100 i could not waste.

i agree on you there, nintendo has made some shitty decisions

even botw bosses were bastard babies of the circus freak not ganon

I wish I could give you a more meaningful number than "dozens of hours" but I don't generally keep track of the time on these things. This one went relatively quickly, though.
