I swore I had this in storage and I figured, since it's not there and it was and still is one of my most favored pieces, I'd re-upload it.I actually drew this in 2004 while at a friends party. Created under the influence I remember how hard it was to draw all those scales XD
microns and prismacolor markers + alcohol

I remember this guy, such wonderful combinations of colours - remind me of certain Koi or Shubunkin colours/patterning. I love the design and the detail on his horns and the swirly quill things on his back. Great job on this, alcohol fulled or not.

What a beautiful creature. I love the pose and style of it, very festive. The scales turned out beautiful too, they are all formed very well. I really love how you drew the front legs too as well as the face and the shape and style of the horns. The tail is also beautiful. I really like the back and tail swirlies, they are so pretty.
