Excellent muscle work. You brought out the feline side very nicely and blended it excellently with the bird portions. The front legs are my favourite part, I like the highlighting and colouring on them. The thick feathery fur 'round the neck is so plush looking and attractive. Beautiful wings too.

I really love the colors in the shadow and the shape of the wings the overall fur details and fluffy neck !

How do you shade with coloooor? *envyenvyenvy* There are totally greens and blues hiding in the shading and it looks fantastic. <3

I do several overlays of light, dark, light, dark and then bright
Like this one, I did a base of blond wood, then light sky blue, then blond wood again, then another layer of light sky blue, then violet, then cream, and finally another rush of a light brown

Oh wow you really captured the albino feel to it! I love the white shades and how you made the beak and flesh a purpleish color, very nice!

This is pure win. First the drawing is very good, and you've chosen colors that fit very well to an albino creature. I like that Gryphoness also: she reminds me a bit an old character of mine (Ewea) which is an albino Fen Gryphoness (wild cat/buzzard). O good ol'times!
ps: For anyone who'd be ready to make me say what I didn't, there's absolutely no accusation of ripoff whatever: I just have one more reason to like the character cuz she reminds me of Ewea. That's a good thing finally, and congrats to the owner, her Gryphoness is fierce and pretty.

I pronounce Ewea a la française as I'm native French speaker, and with a strong Wallonian accent cuz Fen Gryphons speak Wallonian (that's my dialect BTW).

I like how you've been able to mix so many colors to make the shading color. It must have been hard to do that without turning it into a mess.

Heh, it can be an issue sometimes, you have to make sure that the colors aren't unrealistic but still fit in to give the character a little umph.
