Overall this looks really good! You have some excellent realism in the texture of the hair and the shine of the makeup and glove. I think a little more shading in the skin, especially the neck/collar/chest area may be helpful.

You mostly just need to bring out the highlights and have the picture in general a bit brighter. Also, the area between the shadow beneath her neck and the skin surrounding it should have a reddish-tint to it because blood coursing through her body creates that effect on skin.
