ah here was the original concept.

Sugar! Spice! And everything nice!
These were the ingredients used to create the perfect little fillies, but Professor Princess Celestia added an extra ingredient to the concoction... Chemical Rainboom.
Thus the powerpony girls were born. With their ultra super powers Twilight Sparkle, Pinkie Pie, and Rainbow Dash fight crime and the forces of evil!
