Mia is standing outside a Pokemon Center. She's waiting for her friends, Nick and Alex, to come back with the things she asked them to get. Mia hasn't left, because one of her Pokemon, her Plusle Siah, is injured from a battle with her brother, Simon the Minun. Sighing impatiently, Mia leans on the steps. A figure in the distance catches her eye.

Boy in blu jacket and cap on head is returning from forest. 'Hey Lani, do see something?' Ask sky blu female Riolu, she nodded and point at Mia.

Mia grunted in curiosuity. Not many travelers came around here. She furrowed her eyebrows and crossed her legs.

"My Plusle was being stubborn and fought her brother," Mia answered with a smirk. Her eyes flicked to the boy and returned to the Riolu. "Ya know, you remind of a Pokemon I have," she said.

Mia smirked a bit at the Riolu. She was too much like Anna. And Kiara.
"So, whatchya doin' out here?" she asked the boy.

Lani looked at Mia. 'You don't like me...'

Mia nodded. "Lani's your Riolu, I'm assuming?" She turned to Lani. "I'm not sure if I like you or not. We'll have to see."
"MIA!" a shrill voice called. Mia sighed.
"Yeah, Alex?" she called back in the direction it came from. A blonde, brown-eyed girl approached her. A dark brown-haired boy followed close behind.
"Who's the kid?" Alex asked.

"Mi, your uncle's coming!" Nick said in an urgent tone. Mia threw her head back and groaned in frustration.

Mia nodded in his direction. "I hate Bene's guts! All he's ever done is lie to me! He even tried to kidnap some of my Pokemon and send them off to Hunter Jay!"
"Now, now, princess," said a smooth, older voice. Mia's eyes turned to slits.
"I thought I told you to never call me that again, Bene!" she growled without turning around.

"Leave my parents out of this," she growled.
