Description Full view please and enjoy!

Note:
1. The Marshaling rules are NOT applied accordingly, but more by an artistic perspective.
2. Aiza and Marilianne's shields are NOT lozenges as they did specifically ask for this design.
3. Dyonisos, Viorel and Jonathan are not related through blood to the Baptized-Ianachis family.
4. Also, this is not the "standard" way to render a family tree, just a personal adaptation

-I'm taking the liberty of not blazoning all the new shields-

Special credits to for the lovely brush!

Brilliant mon amie and though the Marshaling is different, it still conveys the essence of Heraldry's Individualism Also may I please have that nice Black Letter Font as well?

Thank you! I know I didn't follow the Marshaling rules properly but, in my opinion, if i did, it would have been a bit boring to watch, as the main 4 patterns just repeated themselves in different combinations... also Aiza would have killed me!

Thank you and you're welcome, and I do like the ideas in the marshaling and i hope you'll apply them in the Empire, I am thinking of proposing a law to make it illegal by fines and imprisonment to take someone else's CoA, I'm sure Faramond would approve

Aib-Alex In reply to Ienkoron [2012-02-09 11:19:04 +0000 UTC]

But that's obvious... Why would someone take another's CoA when we have this wonderful permissive system that is even very easy to access. Now that i think of it... anyone can have a CoA

I've seen some of the more prolific and larger CoAs with tons of marshalling. They're a vexillolgical and visual nightmare to look at.

Aib-Alex In reply to Ari22682 [2012-02-09 06:33:43 +0000 UTC]

I did think that if I followed the proper Marshaling rules, the whole design would have looked boring, as the main 4 designs just repeated themselves in different patterns... So I guess you like this one?

the shield is awful, though it's the main example of marshaling

Did one enjoy this family tree?

firelord-zuko In reply to Aib-Alex [2012-02-08 15:48:29 +0000 UTC]

We definitely did, though the rules for marshalling are illogical.

Aib-Alex In reply to firelord-zuko [2012-02-08 15:54:02 +0000 UTC]

I did note it in the comment below (the rules of marshaling that i used here refer mainly to the characteristics of the individual and afterwards to the heraldic lineage, eg. Claude, although he inherit his father's Lozengy shield, he kept a close and messed-up connection to his mother and wanted her main charge to be represented on his CoA, hence the bend azure with cross Argent in chief)

...what can I say... the whole family is messed-up

firelord-zuko In reply to Aib-Alex [2012-02-08 16:01:29 +0000 UTC]

Actually, age of consent is 16 in most countries.

I am busy projecting the growth rates of China, India, the US, Germany and Brazil (in OpenOffice, no less). Don't you call me naughty when I'm doing statistics.

Aib-Alex In reply to firelord-zuko [2012-02-08 16:44:47 +0000 UTC]

Ahhh... stop it! You're getting kinkier by the moment!

(Germany +0.8%, Brazil +1.3%, US +3.2%, China +12%, India +43.3%, Romania -23.4%) statistics jokes are worse than heraldry ones!!!

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

firelord-zuko In reply to Aib-Alex [2012-02-08 16:49:33 +0000 UTC]

XD Those numbers are pretty random.

Aib-Alex In reply to firelord-zuko [2012-02-08 16:57:18 +0000 UTC]

firelord-zuko In reply to Aib-Alex [2012-02-08 17:00:13 +0000 UTC]

Your grammar died there. Still, for all except for Romania you should use credible numbers.

Aib-Alex In reply to firelord-zuko [2012-02-08 17:11:29 +0000 UTC]

OMG!! now I saw what I wrote there! I'm so ashamed!

and why can't they be credible, I might ask?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

firelord-zuko In reply to Aib-Alex [2012-02-08 17:22:12 +0000 UTC]

Because they're rather implausible. Especially the US and China figures are far too high, and India's figures would mean it grows by a factor of 1.22 every year. Which is an awful lot.

Aib-Alex In reply to firelord-zuko [2012-02-08 17:28:11 +0000 UTC]

Statistics in India aren't too reliable so maybe I'm right

firelord-zuko In reply to Aib-Alex [2012-02-08 17:30:00 +0000 UTC]

The actual growth rates are nowhere even close it. 1.6 % yearly growth in the last census.

I'm doing population growth projection based on differential equations with a speculative population cap for a bunch of countries around the world. Why, indeed I am precise. (There's an wikipedia entry on the Demographics of the Vatican City ...)
