Hunter versus Giginox. I really hate this guy... -___-I'm not particularly happy with the way the coloring came out on this one. I'm not great at dynamic lighting. le sigh, oh well.

Gigginox never gave me to much trouble, i always ran around with hammers and the Pego Igniter was a personal favorite since it fried water monsters to pretty effectively along with lots of head trauma.
My partner loved his hunting horns though, that much impact damage was a left/right head bashing contest that worked for us very well.

I defeated him with my Insecticutters+ and full Ludroth armour. It felt great to see this thing on its back xD

I don't think I know anyone who actually likes the bugger.
Personally, I don't have too many problems with him since my usual weapon was always a lance and I obsessively lit the torches... but unless you have a good team that is really gonna hurt.

I hated him too. Until I got a good working ship-crow (that also brings sometimes gigi-materials), a huge fire longsword and enough time to study his strange movements. ^^
Yes the shading could be better, but its still a good drawing. Thumps up!

Baggi armor with the Rough Edge Switch Axe good equipament but i never like to use Switch Axes againt fast wyvern s like giginox ! anyway good pic !

The only thing I dislike... is how muscly he looks... The real one is all flabby and looks weak... This one looks like it's on steroids.
Other than that, great! Love the roar affect, drool from its maw, etc...

Ugg... Giginox is gross. I tried to fight it once, and it took all of two seconds to kill me. At least he's not as annoying as Gobul! Great scene by the way.

Ugly SOB that thing. Those little Giggi leeches are exactly why I went out of my way to obtain the Agnaktor+ series of armor-which is my most iconic set-for the flame aura (that, and because Agnaktor's my favorite monster in the game). I don't think I'm more content having my hunter wear anything else.

At least he's not as bad as Barioth. Even after Alatreon, nothing I've faced has been as bad as a Barioth or two.

Bounce Bombs and Pitfall Traps makes this sucker so easy. I just hate how it leaps around the cavern.

Awesome pic! The details and sequence is incredible! Gigginox is awesome, but he is freakin hard to fight with the lance, very difficult. Still, really good artwork, keep up the great work!

To make it more dynamic you will need to make it darker. So all the shaded parts are black. you will loose a lot of detail in your picture but it will make the monster that little bit scarier and mysterious - as if the hunter doesn't know what else to expect to leap out of the darkness.
Other than the lighting it's well drawn, and I particularly like the details on the hunter.

More like Khezu crossed with Tigrex.
Khezu because it's head looks like a dick and it hangs to the ceiling of a cave, plus a pain in the arse on MH3.
Tigrex because of it's shape and speed, making it very scary especially when it in the dark spots and while you walk it just jumps out of nowhere and scares the shit out of you.
And both because it's in a snow level.
God i love Monster Hunter.
