Two major differences, the black yarn used is Caron Simply Soft instead of Red Heart Soft. Each stitch is tighter because of this. The second major difference is that I didn't add wire to his arms so if it goes to a child, he/she won't poke their eyes out or anything. His arms are still semi poseable without the wire
