It's been sometime that the small pride of refugees escaped the territory of the Red Lion. They were all traumatized from their experiences with the evil lions that took their father and home away. Especially Adia, she had horrible memories of the Red Lion. She hated him and hated what he done to her, and now she's going to have his bastard. She being so young made it worse. She hated the thing that was growing in her, and hated herself more for letting this happen.

In the middle of nowhere, Adia gave birth to her cub. Her family was extremely supportive. Her aunt Neema made sure her birth went well. Her cousin Kakena made sure to scrounge up any meals she can find for the nursing lioness. Lastly, Moja was on Gaurd duty, making sure no predators or rival lions will disturb them.

Yet he was worried. Actually all of them were worried. Neema's concern was what will Moja do to the cub. He is basically their pride male, their leader, and that cub was an enemy to his bloodline. One of the Pride Rules was to kill any offspring that wasn't sired by the Pride Male. When Kakena came back with a few mice in her muzzle that's when Adia finally gave birth. Moja came quickly by his sister's side.

For a moment there was joy between all the lions, but that soon stopped when Adia spoke, " I- I don't want this cub. It looks just like him".

" You're not alone, Adia," cried Kakena, " I'm also with their cubs, but I learned to accept them when they're born. They're my cubs," she tried to reassure her.

That's when Neema spoke," I'm afraid you were gonna say that, child. A child shouldn't raise a baby, and if you feel no love for this cub then we should relieve ourselves for what's to come".

" What's to come," questioned Moja.

" You killing him, Moja. He's not yours and your sister doesn't want him. This is as good as it gets".

"What?! I can't do that! She's my sister its so weird...besides that, the cub is my nephew and I accept him! When I came back for you guys we agreed things will be different," said Moja. He then turned to Adia," Adia, please understand, this cub is our future. I don't care who the father is and you shouldn't either. I'm glad hes born, and I promise I'll help you raise this cub. Even Kakena's. We are all responsible for those cubs and I'm glad to be their role model".

Adia sighed, Thank you, Moja, but are you sure I'm going to be a good mom?"

To this Moja smiled," I know you will. He's big and strong and he'll be a great leader some day. What will you call him?"

Adia spoke with a little sadness in her voice," Madara".
