Beautiful picture! The pegasus's neck is a little long, but it really only makes him/her look elegant. Fiora looks like she's falling off, but the picture is still really pretty, especially for your first Photoshop picture!

Nice background, especially the sky. I agree with the other person that she looks rather tipsy, though...
And as an afterthought, given the pegasus's pose, it would be neat if one of the hooves caused ripples in the water.
