I love, love, love her dress. Wow. It really matches the character's style, or at least the one I imagine for a fashion addict like Alice.
As for the old-fashioned watch... whoa, best choice you could EVER make. It represents her a lot. Being a vampire, she sort of comes from the past... AND she can see the future. Time seems to be important to her, along with her love for Jasper and, let's see, clothes, clothes and more clothes. 
I'm not saying she's THAT superficial. If so, I would hate her with all my heart. But I don't.
