Hmm, good theory. Something particularly traumatic must've happened to him for him to turn on his own family.But there is a theory floating around that he will have a role similar to Snape from Harry Potter where he had to kill Solo in order to get Snoke to trust him as an agreement between him and his father only so he can spy for the resistance, like Snape had to kill Dumbledore in agreement between them only to gain Voldemort's trust, but he was actually a good guy. I really hope it's true! X3

Interesting theory but remember, Dumbledore asked Snape to kill him and it tore Snape inside to have to do it because Dumbledore was his friend. Though, Kylo seemed pretty torn up and tortured when he killed his dad and Han almost seemed accepting of death like Dumbledore was so who knows. In some ways that's what happened to Anakin; he had to join the dark side and be Sidious' apprentice so he turn on him and kill him because that was his destiny so maybe that's Kylo's destiny too. I just find it so messed up that Kylo idolizes Vader and wants to be just like him but that's not what Anakin would want; he hated that part of himself and was basically a slave who was set free in the end. He wouldn't want his grandson to end up like he did. I want Anakin's ghost to show up and knock some sense into his grandson; I think he's the only one who can get through to him.

Yeah, that's true, but he didn't actually do most of it himself, like at the beginning of TFA, he gave the orders, but he did kill Lor San Tekka at the start and torture Poe and attempt at Rey. I'm just hoping it's a ploy for Snoke. I mean, Snape even hid his true role from the main protagonists of the filmsuntil the end of the series and went with the death eaters in the half blood prince, so why not Kylo too?

Yeah, I'm not sure how much power he has in the First Order, or if the First Order just keeps him like a dog on a chain.

Yeah, it seems like Hux is in charge of him almost, like they just have him there because his role as a jedi would be so prominent in the galaxy and none of the others in the first order seem to be force sensitive (maybe apart from Snoke, but i'm not so sure about him), and having someone who is on their side is a tactical advantage, and they string him along like they do as a knight of ren so that they have a powerful figure otherwise as an enemy on their side.
I know! X3 Lol. XD If he hadn't have killed Han (my all-time favorite star wars character and childhood hero), he would definitely be my favorite force awakens character. XD

Hey, do yiu know what the Knights of Ren are? Are they a bunch of force sensitive people? I don't remember anything about them in the movie. I've only seen it once, so I forgot a lot of exact dialogue.

I don't believe all of them are force sensitive and there's about 7 or more of them, but they were under the command of Supreme Leader Snoke, who used them for dark side ways of teaching of the Force alongside the First Order, and used kylo as their leader in recent years. The knights of ren were around in the years after the galactic civil war.

Oh, so if Rey saw Kylo and the Kights of Ren in her flashback, that would mean that she had met them sometime in the past. Intrigue! That would lend credence to the theory that she has some connection to Luke, be it being raised by him, being his daughter, being in his Jedi school, or all of the above.

I have a feeling he's going to be redeemed somehow. I just hope he doesn't die. I'm kind of attached to him, even though he's the villain. I guess it's because the movie showed the love that his parents (and Chewie, I think) have for him, even with all the terrible things he's done. It gets you right in the feels!
