It is - but expensive A traditional simple way of making it goes like this: stir the reindeer slices in pan, add some water (or if you wish to use cream itΒ΄s ok), salt & pepper, eat it with mashed potatoes and lingonberries... yummi... Smoke dried reindeer is great as well.
Glass Palace is a great building, I have the priviledge of working there (but donΒ΄t visit this a bit too expensive restaurant... )
