Description
In case you've been living in a box for the last decade, this is Aragorn from LOTR as portrayed by Viggo Mortensen, and quite sadly the character does not belong to me.

This is still one of my favorite portrait drawings of all time, which is appropriate, considering he is my favorite fictional character of all time. This is also one of my favorite stills- top 5- of the film character.

I originally decided to draw this for his upcoming birthday (the character, not the actor) *g*

I am really proud of this. It took wayyy too many hours, and the hair was an pain in the arse, but for the first time, out of the 7 Aragorn portraits I have done, I finally have one that I am happy with.

Derwent art pencils, 4H, H, B, 3B, 5B, at least 10 hours. I lost track.
