Gimli, son of Gloin, completed 9/16/05, created with good ol' #2 pencils (as are all my drawings) and a really crappy eraser. One day I'll get proper supplies... like an art pencil. What a nice thought.Anyways, definitely my best pic. I honestly have no complaints about it. It is proportioned correctly, the shading is good, and I really really like it. The hair was very annoying, and it is good enough for me.

Ooh! good drawing. The ressemblance is just it. Only thing I'd improve is the shadings and contrasts. It would look even better if it had more of those.

Yea, I am always trying to improve my shading and whatnot. It was harder with this since I used a no2 pencil on this one. I must say it is extremely difficult to really get good shading and contrast with pencil, you know

Indeed. #2 pencils are kinda crappy for drawings. They were designed for writing only. I always prefer my loyal ebony, or the true dark EE.

Yea, this was before I got actual art pencils, so I didn't have much of a choice. Nevertheless, this aint half bad for a no.2 pencil drawing XD
