No, it should be an .apk file when extracted. I already note this is NOT flashable zip.
Just try to download it again and extract, or just go xda link and look at the attachment, it's already an .apk file.

dam i really want to use your theme but i keep getting a parsing error. i extracted the file both from my comp and the phone and still getting the error. any one got any ideas?

problem parsing the package
looked in the apk i think u forgot to add classes.dex file
