Name: Inari Arachneas

Powers and Strengths: like all members of her species, Inari is able to produce highly-tensile, flexible and strong silk, this silk is 2.5X stronger than the silk of an ordinary spiders, the strength-to-density ratio of which is far greater than steel.

Inari is a special hybrid species of Ahrventian Arachne and Drider, whereas Driders are stuck to one form, and Arachne may sprout spider legs and an abdomen from their back. Inari is able to shift her form from a human-like form where she bears only her fangs and ability to produce silk from specialised glands under her nails to a drider form, and sprout only up-to eight spider legs from her back without an abdomen.

Inari has a pair of hollow incisor teeth or 'fangs' which lead to a venom gland that produces a paralytic venom which is far-less potent than other members of her species and has no capability of digesting a person, it does however, work on interrupting the activity of skeletal muscle, which leads to rapid paralysis. Inari is also quite strong for her species, bearing above-average strength in all of her forms, she is able to easily hold a person with a single hand and can remain on a wall or upside-down for several hours in all her forms.

Weaknesses: Inari is not only averse to dealing with anyone lethally, but her capabilities to kill someone are limited largely to her drider form where her arachnid legs do become strong weapons to stab, however, they are rather cumbersome and Inari is neither skilled nor trained in using them to fight.

Inari is fascinated with the idea of using her webbing to bind others, either in a bedroom scene or in one of her numerous pranks, said pranks can be something harmless as lacing small cobwebs at head-height to an elaborate trap which can end with the target suspended and immobilised ten feet off the ground.

While Inari likes to be on the tying end, she is also interested in being tied, due to the nature of her partner being a doppelganger who may transform in order to roleplay out various scenarios, she naturally assumes that anyone who brings out rope or tape and wants to use them on her is her partner until they don't respond to safewords.

Like all Ahrventians, Inari'’s body uses Seraphim in the place of electricity to transmit signals, this means that her body is coursing with a substance that reacts explosively with electricity. If electricity should come into contact with her then she could potentially be killed by her seraphim signals being stopped and her body shutting down totally.

Another lovely piece by I cannot stress enough how happy I am with it! There are quite a few more characters that I intend to get ref sheets for whilst working up to making a proper return to writing, there is going to be a nice amount of commissioned art to get me back in the mood and help with visualisation for characters that I have yet to, or have already introduced.
