finally finished
it took long enough XD I had to manually take the tone off the last drawing of this because my sketch drawing was gone
and I had to use Paint it do it. REALLY....PAINT...It's like it's primitive now -.- lol j/kwell I also got Gimp to not go rouge on me, but I still don't like it XP
If you don't know already, this is Tsukasa from Lucky Star in the default outfit of Netune from Hyperdimension Neptunia. they looked so alike and I couldn't resist ^^ I may do another one at some point

Quite lovely a mix of Console Tans from Super Hyper Dimensions the PS3 game and one of my favorite Anime Lucky Star for the win mate! ^ ^ Nice blend between the two characters.

lol, I did "finishing" touches on Gimp, but yeah, majority on paint XD it only took me like...eh...32-40 hours ._.
when I cleared an area so the fill effect could be more effective, saved, turned off my computer to go somewhere with my family, THOSE DARN PIXALS WERE BACK DX
it was like speading a virus
