Description
I asked a friend to pick a hairstyle and said I'd draw an outfit and character around that. She picked a hairstyle with a teapot and mouse in it. I replaced the mouse with a small tophat and took out the teapot entirely. I added the wineglass and bottle after I had her posed, 'cause she looked silly just standing there with her hands raised. From there, I developed the vine motif for the border. Her clothes are inspired by a mixture of Innocent World and Angelic Pretty.Overall, I'm really proud of this drawing (in spite of a few flaws with her hands) and plan on coloring it once I have time. :3

Yeah, especially the hand with the wineglass. Unfortunately I didn't catch it until I'd already inked the piece. Hopefully I'll be able to tweak it a bit when I color it, since I plan on doing it digitally.
