I admit that gals like this who are really obsessed with being stylish and fashionable...are not really my type at all. I'm pretty well aware they're a lot of people's type, but personally I'd find someone like that a bit unbearable to be around. People of that type often have that tendency to be very haughty, uppity, and condescending towards others! Vanity for me is definitely a turn-off! 
Though I can see a bit of Pepe flirtishness in the face, yes
