Ahh...um...something coherent, yes...umm... I absolutely love your shading, not too polished but still the shadows and highlights are clearly and neatly in place, very clean work overall ^^

Awesome crossover. I'm surprised North could still smile at him with all the hearts (they are hearts, right?) on the chair.

As for the text though...

1st panel
North: ... you have good a knowledge of ... it will be perfect for you.

[Knowledge is a mass noun and always plural. You could drop the 'a' before it. 'Be' is your verb for the second sentence and, uh, I don't quite know how to explain it. But you need it there. ]

Last panel
Law: ... a hundred of children's lives, but Valentine's is not a children's holiday. Moreover, I have a 'good ... certainly be hurt.

[Removing 'of' in the first part makes the sentence flow better, but it's still correct even if you don't remove it. Feel free to disregard my punctuation changes and sentence cutting suggestions. The single word 'moreover' is the word you probably wanted there and not two-word version. Again, 'a' could be dropped before 'good'. And 'hurt' is the proper past tense of 'hurt'.]
