Description
So in addition to a new tier list meme, I had also been working on drawing the newest characters from The Loud House, that were introduced in the new Holiday Special, 'Twas the Fight Before Christmas. Here we have the Loud Uncle, Aunt and Cousins, Uncle Lance Loud, voiced by Rob Riggle, Lynn Sr,'s Brother, the two had been at odds since Lincoln was very little, after a heated fight in their Christmas Past, so much so, that they both transparently feign injury to avoid visiting one another, and this episode where the kids finally bring them together to patch things up between them. Lance seems to run a gym, and it definitely shows, given his physique and tracksuit, he and his family seem to have a tradition of lifting the Christmas Tree, and also seem to typically eat health food, their Christmas dinner mainly featuring tofu, even tofu gravy. Aunt Sharon Loud, voiced by Ozioma Akagha, as you can imagine, is Lance's wife, in spite of the issues with the husbands, she gets along well with Rita, and also wants her husband to get along with his brother. Overall seems pretty level headed and has been seen doing exercises with her husband, as well. Shane Loud, voiced by Christopher Livingston, is the oldest of the Loud cousins. Seems to be the singer of the family, not unlike Luna, in fact they even sing a duet at the end of the episode, and he mentions performing acapella. Shelby Loud, voiced by Kyrie McAlpin is the middle of sibling of the Loud Cousins,seems to be similar to Lincoln, in both are the planners, both are the middle children, and Shelby is the only daughter of Lance and Sharon in contrast to Lincoln being the only son of Lynn Sr. and Rita, she also seems to have an affinity towards spinning, as her brainstorms involve spinning around like a tornado when she thinks and she looked excited when the van started spinning out. She also has a bad sense of direction, and acts pretty silly, even making her sweater talk. Shiloh Loud, voiced by Bahia Watson, is the youngest of the Loud Cousins, the daredevil, has a tendency to do cannonballs, and seems to be similar to Lynn Jr., he can even lift things heavier than he is, and he does that in spite of the cast on his arm. For this drawing, I actually used my drawings from Mothers and Fathers Day as a basis, even using my drawing of Lynn Sr. for scale, funny that I'm doing this despite having yet to draw all of the main Loud Siblings beforehand, but this was a hot topic and I was feeling excited to draw them. With Lance, the biggest challenge was his physique, I feel like the flexing arm may have come out a little too big. I drew Sharon with more defined calves, I thought her legs seemed unique looking, at least in comparison to Rita. Shane may have come out looking a little too slender, I mean, he is kind of slender, though it may have come out a bit much in that department. Shelby and Shiloh were probably the easiest, although I did fuss a bit with the shoes and the sweater. So, nice to finally meet them. Here's hoping we may see more of them in future, if not just to see Shelby in year round attire as I imagine she doesn't year that holiday sweater the whole year.
