Okay, I haven't seen Galvatron in anything yet...so why dose he look like he has a chest like Arcee's?

Ha, never thought of his chest like that. He's from the 1986 TF animated feature, Unicron rebuilds Megatron as Galvatron to do his bidding. In the comics Galvatron is sometimes a different character altogether. I hope they use him in TF: Prime, maybe as a time traveler or something.
