This is amazing. I love delicate tattoos like thisΒ but I always worry that the beautiful fine lines will blur in a few years. Do you find this is the case?

Hmm, no, if a tattoo is done properly, it shouldn't blur/bleed together.
It is true that once a tattoo is healed, the lines expand slightly. That's natural because it is a wet liquid that lives under your skin, it lives and breaths with you. Body art technicians should take this into consideration when designing.
There are cases of scarring/blowing out lines, which happens when a technician goes too deep. That creates raised lines and also will cause the lines to heal much much wider than the needle size.
It can also depend on skin type, some people have thicker or thinner skin than others and the ink will live differently under the skin. We also use a really awesome brand of ink and I believe that the formula is meant to last a good half decade of looking good (it's not traditional inks like sumi, it heals black, not blue or green). Most tattoos need a "touch up" after a decade or so.
