Reminds me of my college and grad school days. My place wasn't nearly this messy, but things were just scattered about because I had other, more important things to attend to.
The scope of this is amazing. It's like you had a big vision and put it to an image. There are so many little hidden things and detail. Everytime I look at it, I spot something new, and that's so much fun in an image like this. Bravo!

Wonderful indeed. Thank you for putting so much detail into it. I always loved detailed lived-in, somewhat cluttered living spaces, and your work here is a great example of what I love about them. Twilight makes it all the better. Great job, really - the soft lighting only makes it look that much more cozy and nice to be in, and I daresay your surface detail has improved even further.

Love it! The lighting is lovely, Twi looks adorable in this style, and the details in the room itself look fantastic. It just looks so realistic, so lived-in. It's that cozy clutter, with the cup of tea, the scattered papers and books, Spike's things cattered around, the photos and notes on the wall... It tells a story, you know?

Not only is this movie accurate, this shows MORE DETAIL THAN THE MOVIE DID. Just the fact that I find it weird that Twi's purple in her photos but not in real life means that I could actually tell she's purple in the photo. IN THIS PAINTING. And that focus blur in the foreground... just wow.
Your way of drawing people is also really familiar for some reason, though I can't for the life of me put it to name... but I like it.

There was another new short released and the secret lab is actually a shed in the backyard. So totally different area.

This is an amazing picture! Every time I look at it I find more details. It shows so much character for Twilight.
Did you perhaps base it off of a real room, or design it all yourself?
Also I've always written Twilight as having those glow in the dark stars on her wall/ceiling. Just feels right.

A little of both. I referenced photos of real life bedroom and mix it with the official design in the movies. The photos helped me to ground the overall design of the room.
Yea same! I kinda imagined her room to be a little darker than average with small glow lighting around.
