Of course!
Belle is a mage, about the age of 21 or so. Since most powerful mages these days in Blazblue are dead or enslaved, she's spent her time wandering on the edges of society, never really staying in one place too long. She was never trained, so she doesn't have a lot of control over her magic, and it tends to respond to her mood (rotting the earth when she is upset, generating flowers that fit her emotions, etc.)
Belle is kind of a shy person who doesn't really interact with other people unless she's deeply curious in some way. She's a generally kind person with a somewhat aloof way of speaking. She has a surprising sense of refinement and grace considering her background. Because she likes to feel close to the element she manipulates, she almost never wears shoes. She also tends to prefer loose, thin clothing, as she doesn't like the feeling of being confined.

As for Kazuma, it's a bit harder for me to explain.... my friend RPs him, not me, so I'm going over basically some general observations here.
My friend writes him as something of an awkward dork who feels deep guilt over basically fucking over everyone in the BB universe and spends much of his time trying to undo the damage. He's a bookworm and a fan of acoustic guitar (well, it's listed as an official like on his profile haha). He's definitely a very serious person, tends to keep quiet, and generally prefers to wear as many layers of clothes as possible (guessing he doesn't like his body too much). Women are definitely his "weakness" if you can call it that. He tends to turn into a blushy dorkface around them. Since he knows a lot more about the universe he's in than other characters, he tends to be somewhat... not distant, really? But he generally knows how to solve a problem quickly, yet keeps quiet because he'd rather others grow than just rely on him. So while he's supportive, he's kind of always holding back.
