Bleh..I started on this picture almost a week ago and I've been just trying to work up the motivation to finish it for a while. It'll probably be a while before I post any more work for this particular project because I have other important things to get done.
I've noticed that I like to go so crazy with adding effects to my cell shading that in the end.. well, it hardly looks like cell shading. oh well. The usual in how I put it together; pencils> pens> photoshop. Adding up all my 20 minutes here, 40 minutes there, I probably speant a good 4 hours on it.

"The dark-haired woman looked at her compainoin. In her face was some concern about what they were doing.
'Now don't fret,' said the fair haired one , her voice betraying just a hint of an accent.
'I know,' said the dark one. She twined her fingers into the horse's leads, and leaned on it. It whinnied softly.
'It's just that, I'm not sure if what we're doing is right.'
"There were a few seconds of silence.
"A sound came from the forest.
The fair lass spun slightly, the faint smile on her lips betraying something of a wish for battle. The dark one clutched at her bag and stood up a little straighter, a little stronger. In just those few seconds, they were ready to fight.
"And they waited."
