Yays! Done.This is the first time trying to draw spikey hair and it is really quite crazy.
This is the 28th hour, the longest time I have spent on a single drawing.
4H to 6B wooden pencils. 0.3 and 0.5 Mechanical pencils.

The skin and hair are very realistic. Hope to draw like you one day ^^

What technique did you use to draw the hair? And how did you do the blurred parts?

As for the hair, I never try and copy exactly what there is on the picture; just take note of the lighting, main areas of shadow, and the rest is just trying to make the bright areas of the hair look like strands and flow in the right direction.
As for the blurred areas, it's just smudging out the graphite and then add in more if that part is supposed to be darker, then smudge out again. To be honest, I don't really know whether his hand was rolled into a fist or the fingers where pointing at us. =X

It looks like a picture
There are lots of drawings out there that look like pictures in the thumbnail, but I'm staring at it now and it STILL LOOKS LIKE A PICTURE WTF. You are amazing!
