He is Kim Jaejoong, a member of a Korean pop group Dong Bang Shin Ki (DBSK).
You might be wondering what about the other side of his face. Let me tell you honestly, I screwed the other half up. =X But I rather like this current arrangement... it brings out the awesomeness in him by making him appear more... mysterious.
