It seems I'm in a submitting frenzy mood.Another 13 years old drawing. I drew this right after watching the movie (and I drew "Lestat" picture right after this). I remember getting lazy half way through the drawing and finished it in haste therefore I always considered this to be an "unfinished" work.
Anyway...I dig this out of my closet and though it wasn't THAT bad and I'd rather let it be seen than putting it back to a pile of unused papers.

Great. There should be more drawings like this one out there and maybe then
people would stop thinking that coloured pencils are for children made art only.
It's really cool, I love how you blended the colors together (most works done
with this technique that I have saw look rather unnatural and this doesen't).
I also like the contrast and the sharpness - Lestat's face is of photo quality while
Claudia and Louie are oh so smudgy. The whole Β picture leaves a sense of deep
melancholy and longing inside me (must be the sepia tones, and again -love it).
And to be honest I think that your work is wayyyyyyyy better than the originalΒ
poster/VHS cover (all hail the smudginess).

It's beautiful. I can understand why you'd consider this unfinished (I don't really like how the hand is draw), but his face is perfectly done.
