Picture based on a photograph of... myself XDI changed some thing like the hair and some face features ( I cut my hair and the woman made a brushing and they are now straight ) and totaly changed the clothes and coloured with the right colours for Belgium-san.
I love Belgium, she's my fave female Hetalia character. ♥
