Part of the 100 Picture Challenge:029 ~ Happiness
Yet another pic from the 100 Picture Challenge. This is *starwort 's character, Heather. I wanted a mixture of a medieval European dress with a kimono feel for her outfit in this picture. Mainly because of what her character was like.
In contrast to sorrow's dull, cool colors...I went with bright warm colors in this image.
Prismacolor markers and waterproof black ink pen. Ref is manga tarot cards.
