S-Still, as much as the old outfit made me cringe, I tried for familiarity...but I simplified his design A LOT HAHA

It takes a lot of effort to find suitably aesthetic feather as a pastry decorum. Or at least, I should think so… beats me why anyone would want feathers sticking out of a crepe BUT HAY THIS IS HARVEST MOON, WHERE REALITY CAN BE BENT TO OUR CONVENIENCE

Magic: Air
He can summon the wind to carry him short distances. Though…he usually uses this spell for useless things, like to get up trees and take a nap.

Personality:
In general, Seifer is a very sleepy person - with good reason too, because he's narcoleptic. He's charming and friendly to most, but has a nasty temper when provoked. However, in the middle of many of his temper tantrums (or actually, when he gets agitated or excited in any way), he tends to get extremely drowsy, and often falls asleep on the spot. He is an avid forager that loves pumpkins and mushrooms. But because of his wealthy upbringing, he’s kind of a gourmet. Also, he can't stand insects. Like, at all. :[

Due to his studious childhood, he's quite talented at magic and is a fairly quick learner, but lacks the ambition to get anywhere in life. Plus, being narcoleptic doesn't help matters much. He seeks a peaceful, steady life in Lucine where no one expects much of him and where he can live life for himself rather than for his family.

History:
Seifer is actually the second son of a wealthy family off the coast, though he won't ever talk about his roots unless he really, really trusts the person he is confiding in. His narcolepsy stems from his younger years, when his knowledge-obsessed family controlled every aspect of his life - though it was usually educational material that they forced on him. He developed insomnia first from studying night after night, then narcolepsy due to the fact that he had a super whacked up sleeping pattern for an extended period of time. (LOL. This actually happens to people… ttly srsbnz)

He ran away from home when he just couldn't stand it anymore, and had been wandering aimlessly from place to place doing odd jobs until finally finding Lucine Island, hoping to settle down without getting recognized and just to live a quiet, steady life that he has always sought in his youth.
